My Reiki journey began in 2004 with Padma on the coast of Oaxaca. I studied Reiki 2 in 2005 and completed the Reiki Masters with her in 2008. I’ve been teaching reiki since 2009. When I first began practicing reiki I had no idea what a huge part of my life reiki would become. I practice many other healing modalities including acupuncture, massage, laughter and breathwork. Reiki is the warm and loving energy that surrounds and holds together all of these other modalities. Reiki is one of the three foundational pillar of Maha Rose.

Reiki is intelligent and meets us where we are, gently bringing to the surface energies and emotions that are not serving you.

I teach the Reiki Masters twice a year: in the winters in Mexico at el triángulo and in the summer at Maha Rose.
